Kelowna, British Columbia – With the Okanagan’s wineries receiving awards and accolades internationally, our guests often include winery tours and tastings as a key part of their travel itineraries when they visit Kelowna. The Okanagan is now home to more than 50 wineries and Manteo is central to all of them.
 
The special events staff at Manteo Resort and Waterfront Hotel & Villas have developed close working relationships with a select group of the finest wineries. The Manteo Resort team is able to offer experienced advice on the many ways corporate meetings can be enhanced with customized group tours. Winery tours, private tastings, wine education workshops and private gourmet lunches or dinners are among the exciting range of event options. Cedar Creek Estate Winery is one of the province’s premier estate wineries, producing 100% Okanagan wines from premium quality varietal grapes. Mission Hill Family Estate Winery is British Columbia’s most-award winning winery. Mission Hill is dedicated to producing world-calibre wines from classic French grape varieties. The winery has completed a massive $36 million expansion that now includes a central hospitality centre, distinctive bell tower and several magnificently landscaped outdoor areas appropriate for groups of up to 1,000 people.

All wines carry the VQA (Vintner’s Quality Alliance) designation with pride. Located at the winery, The Cellar Door Bistro is dedicated to regional cuisine and wines and offers lunch and dinner.
 
Summerhill Estate Winery has established itself as one of the most visited wineries in Canada. A unique pyramid wine aging facility and its "working" historic log cabin museum and native village add an extra interactive element to a tour of Summerhill’s certified organic vineyards.
