The Wild Apple Grill Introduces Monthly Menus Featuring the Finest In-Season Ingredients KELOWNA, BC - The Wild Apple Grill has introduced monthly menus that follow with a creative theme, from a vegetarian menu in January to February's All About Veal menu. Enticing to Manteo Resort guests and local customers alike, menus feature the finest in-season ingredients and are especially appealing to the restaurant¹s regular clientele, says Executive Chef, Reinhard Foerderer. "By creating a themed menu that changes monthly, we ensure that the local community always has an opportunity experience new dishes," says Foerderer. "This way they never become bored with the menu. Every few weeks some options change, yet your favourites remain on the signature menu. It's also exciting for my staff, because they are motivated by the opportunity to create new cuisine for our patrons." Throughout February, the theme was All About Veal, with a menu that featured Veal Steak Soup, Veal Chops, Veal Stew and and Veal Scaloppini. "We're really enjoying the challenge of designing unique menus each month," says the Wild Apple Grill's Executive Sous Chef, Jonathan Bull. "Our kitchen staff have diverse backgrounds which often makes our cumulative efforts extremely creative." "It's great to use fresh produce from the Okanagan for a good part of the year," says Bull. "But no matter what the month there's always something in-season somewhere around the world and that's what we bring to our customers."
