From Sous Chef to Executive Chef, Brad earned his place as one of BC’s most talented Chefs. He was a successful Chef of the Year, Iron Chef competitor, multi-medalist at the Culinary Olympics, winner of countless awards and a multi-year Captain of the Canadian Culinary Team. He served former presidents, famous hockey players and the corporate world’s elite. To us, he was Chef Brad, our friend and team member, who also cooked Crazy Good Food. His contagious laugh & quirky smile will be held dear to our hearts forever.
A celebration of Brad’s life will be held on Wednesday, March 23rd from 2pm-5pm at Manteo Resort Waterfront Hotel & Villas. We welcome friends & colleagues to come share memories and celebrate his life.
