Brad Horen Appointed Executive Chef of Manteo Resort overseeing Smack DAB, Meeting & Event Food Experiences!
Manteo Resort – Waterfront Hotel & Villas announced a new culinary team on the heels of the property’s recent launch of the highly successful Smack DAB kitchen and lounge. Brad Horen, Executive Sous Chef who oversaw the launch has been promoted to Executive Chef taking on responsibility of all food experiences at the property including its meeting and events business. He’ll be supported with the assistance of a talented leadership team including Chef de Cuisine, Brandon Taylor and Banquet Chef, Marc Schoene.
