Gallagher’s Canyon Golf & Country Club
Golfing in Kelowna at Gallagher's Canyon: Home of the GolfBC Championship, a Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada event. Rated as one of the best golf courses in the country, Gallagher's Canyon is a spectacular par 72, 18-hole championship golf course full of challenging fairways, well-protected greens and awe-inspiring vistas. Throughout the course, you'll marvel at the scenery around you as you play through tall groves of ponderosa pine and along the very edge of the picturesque canyon.
Mission Creek Greenway
The Greenway is perfect for cycling, jogging, running and walking. There are two phases of the trail. The first phase is the most used portion of the trail. While the second phase is great, there are portions of it that are not accessible by bike due to stairs, towards the end of the trail.
Okanagan Rail Trail
The Okanagan Rail Trail is a truly unique experience, with a total length of 50 km starting at the north end of Kalamalka Lake and ending at the center of Okanagan Lake, downtown Kelowna. With the trail being a maximum grade of 1.3%, biking or walking the trail is a breeze. Enjoy scenic views along the way with 24 km of the trail being on along lakefronts, creeks, and natural habitats.
Myra Canyon Trestles – Kettle Valley Railway
This highly scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) runs along a steep-walled canyon. Originally built by hand at the turn of the last century, this impressive landmark is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestle bridges that are too spectacular for words. You can hike it or bike it!
Rotary Beach Park
This park offers designated swimming areas, change rooms, playground, picnic areas, shady trees, on-site rentals - a popular spot for kite surfers! Only a 3 minute walk from the resort.
Boyce-Gyro Beach Park
One of Kelowna's most well-known beaches - Equipped with snack venues, a rope swing, volleyball courts, playground, watersport rentals, picnic areas and washroom facilities.
Harvest Golf Club
With spectacular views, friendly service, exceptional amenities and one of the most enjoyable courses in the area, it’s no wonder The Harvest Golf Club is an Okanagan favourite.
